This is basic male mesh model, easily modifiable for both high poly and low Polly situations. I modeled this
some years ago in 3ds max and used it as a base mesh for a lot of my work. I decided to import it into blender
to share. I believe I fixed all inverted or missing faces from the 3ds max to blender import.
